    Gotcha, thanks for following up. I think your best bet in this case would be to get in touch with Twitch support so they can take a look. Unfortunately we don't really have any visibility into the Twitch/Amazon side of things, so we aren't able to see what might be preventing a Twitch account from linking with Amazon Prime.

    @EA_Kent ok, i solved my problem: FYi even if the 30 days free trial is / should be for free, Amazon requires your credit card to have the minimum amount to renew the subscription next month, even if you unsubscribe it... so your credit card can't be empty in order to claim the reward...

    Did you claim the skin through Twitch after you linked the account?
