Caustic trap doesn't trigger on down enemy anymore ??

For Caustic main such as @MandatoryIDtag @hayhor 

Down enemy, I used to put trap next to them to make them change their shield position then shoot or do finisher inside toxic cloud cough cough cough,

but seems it doesn't trigger anymore.

Do you notice as well ?

I don't understand this...why they keep robbing Caustic trap unique feature one by one ??  They just remove putting trap to Wattson ultimate.

Then expect us to buy Caustic heirloom ???  

As Caustic main, I won't consider buying it anymore.
