Change language

@IceBonion xbox i deinstalled apex, set my console on english, reinstalled apex, set console to back to german xD now i have apex in english and console in german. problem is it only works for the whole game, not for dialogues only, and every time i start the game it asks if i want to install german language pack, super annoying but atleast i have english dialogues - most of the german voices suck
