CHARGE RIFLE
The new CHARGE RIFLE weapon is too strong, should be from the drop like Mastiff or kraber, everyone is running with this rifle now.
It is a "Learn To Play" issue.
While powerful, it has a pretty high skill cealing.
Before large damage is done, player at whom your aiming already knows that they are being aimed by a charge rifle and beginning damage is low, and anyone with a half of brain will start to run. Firing from that rifle, requires ability to predict the direction where enemy might run and move your scope with them.
If there is a structure or a rock to hide, the shot can be actually wasted.
Small mag, fairly high reload time. Useless in close quarter combat.
Even though you can get occasional large shot, i can do more damage with a Triple Take, if we are comparing energy rifles here.
G7 scout with a double shot hop up is a much more dangerous opponent, considering its reload time and firing rate.
Not to mention that Charge rifle gives away your position really quick and you need to hide after the first shot, usually the person firing it is alone or a bit behind from the team. Get close and personal with an SMG or Wingman, will kill that sniper! 🙂 Bloodhound Octane is perfect.
@Wreck_It_Loperssimple! Charge rifle does damage over time and not on a single shot. If a target moves and you don't follow it, shot is wasted.
