@PeterN_UK Well I think we oldschoolers are in the minority here tho. I have no problem with them doing it on social media, but spread it out.
Most of their detailed posts are seemingly on reddit, but I know they not everyone goes there of their own accord. So why not use twitter, which most I think glance at, to broadcast a simple message as that’s what twitter is for with links going to reddit and facebook for detailed info. Then most are informed about stuff.
The mods here provide info so I wouldn’t suspect them of putting a link here, so yea... An e-mail would def be a great addition but with emails they have to ‘make’ the e-mail which costs time instead of a simple post on reddit or facebook.
