"Competitive Advantage" ban from 2020

I got a email on Dec 24, 2020, 7:08 AM saying ive been permanently banned from apex for cheating. I've never done anything close to such so i recently assumed that my account was compromised back then and was used to cheat. I downloaded my account data and it shows the oldest (2022) login attempt (not by me) being a failed one alongside newer failed attempts from multiple different countries from just last month. No login data cited anytime before my ban. The only login attempts that were successful on the entire history were the ones i conducted recently. It also says my bans start date is 2023-10-27T22:55:03 and another ban under the tab "Apex Legends PC" saying it was 2024-05-23T11:18:35.081471Z which is odd and just untrue as i havent been able to play since the initial ban email. Knowing EA, im assuming EA's account info request doesnt even date far back as it needs to for some reason. Is it even worth appealing with such lackluster information ea provided me? I dont have any other ideas for why i could have even been banned for that reason.

Also wondering if anyone with the same problem has ever even been unbanned.
