Yes, they won't even tell you exactly what you violated, they just keep saying you violated Agreement Six. My account has played for over 1500 hours, and since 2021, I have spent 3k on the game. In fact, I topped up my account the night before it was banned. However, after the second match, I was kicked out for no reason. The conclusion is simple: 'violated Agreement Six'.
