Concerns about Inappropriate Behavior in Apex Legends

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered while playing Apex Legends, a game developed by your company. I would like to address the concerning presence of toxic, racist, and inconsiderate behavior within these two players  [Edited]

During a recent game in the champion selection phase, I chose to play as the character Revenant. I had a limited time remaining in the current season and was keen to obtain certain in-game skins that had caught my interest. Consequently, I locked in Revenant for my chosen character. Unfortunately, this decision led to a highly unpleasant experience.

I found myself subjected to a barrage of derogatory comments and offensive language from a player named [Edited], who was playing alongside their duo partner [Edited] They made derogatory remarks, including the use of homophobic and racial slurs, and even encouraged me to harm myself. This type of behavior is not only disrespectful but also harmful to the overall gaming experience.

I want to emphasize that such toxic behavior should not be tolerated in your game, as it negatively impacts the experience of players and can create a hostile environment. I have taken the liberty of recording all my gameplay sessions, and I am willing to provide the unedited footage of this specific incident should it be necessary to address this issue.

I trust that you take this matter seriously and will take appropriate action to maintain a welcoming and inclusive gaming community within Apex Legends. Players should be able to enjoy the game without being subjected to harassment and toxicity.
