Connection to server timed out Error

Recently me and my friends are having error while playing the game. When we are in matchmaking the screen freezes and then we get an error saying "Connection to server timed out. See EA for addition...

The ping in my last hop is not the same as my ping in the game on singapore servers not just on singapore but on belgium servers. I get a minimum of 110 ping on singapore servers and a min of 150 ping on belgium servers which in my case is good and also with no packet loss. There's no problem with my connection. I also told u about my friends are facing the problem too and they have a better connection than me. So plz have a closer look at our servers or this error. Thank You.

Hey @heisenbergelev11 a Ping of minimum 110ms or 150ms is not ideal, for online games you would ideally want a Ping below 100ms as anything over that is cause for concern.

Based on your UO Trace and other information provided I'd recommend speaking with your ISP to work on improving your connection.

I know its not Ideal but the thing is its what our servers provide us no matter how much good our connection is we will get a min of 100ms. We also have a server of bahrain with a min ping of 45ms but the problem is its empty no one plays in that server so our only option is to play on singapore servers which provide us a min ping of 100 ms which I do get. Thats why I'm telling u this for the 3rd time its not my ISP or Internet its the servers. So plz take a look at this error. In my opinion this error has nothing to do with the connection cause I played on bahrain server too and Im getting the error there too.
