Connection to server timed out Error

Hey @meinvisiblepixel you have some very high ping times there. Can you re-run the UO Trace and this time allow it to send 100 packets?

Based on what I can see, I would recommend that you speak with your ISP and show them your UO Trace, they will be able to see the issue and work with you on fixing it.
