Contact Respawn

no , they said to choose a game and give the team of that game the email the support sent me . 

i did that and they gave me that contacts to talk with respawn wich is the team that made the game 

Indeed, this is way outside what would normally be done, as a rule support shouldn't be referring folks directly to the studio. Do you have a ticket number?

Can you give more detail on the situation, why were you contacting support in the first place?

i do have a lot of ticket numbers but  for some reasons i am not able to see the history of my contacts only the agentes can . 

EA basically owns me a game , the support knows that and assumed that multiple times the problem is that they say they cant add or generate codes so they sent me to the xbox support who answered that they cant give or add other companies games so if EA owns me something they have the codes for their games and if they cant they have to buy it and give not anyone else. 

refund isnt possible tecnically due to system limitations so what two agentes said was to choose a game from a list they gave me , i asked which where their last or next games and they gave me  alist with 20 games or so and said to choose 1 and i did then he said ok contact this and ask them the code and show them the message i will send you . 

i said wtf you own me a game and i need to contact your teams to do it when you have direct contact with them and they said they dont have direct contact  with any team thta my only option would be that 

Well its better to try to contact respawn directly and apply for a job and get the job and then ask someone there to help than use these forums of yours or chat with the support because literally nothing happens when u contact ea support wich is frustrating
