Could MnK players be infiltrating console lobbies?

I play both pc and switch, and I noticed today that ranked lobbies for switch were much tougher than the ranked for pc has been, and normally I play better on switch than pc because I'm still new to ...

@ComicBookGuy2727What I was trying to bring across is, that it mostlikely doesn’t have anything to do with pc platform.

They don’t use Cronus to get into console lobbies with mnk, they are consoleplayers so naturally they are in theese lobbies. All it takes is to plug Cronus in your ps5 Xbox what ever and you can freely use mnk as a consoleplayer.
Sure it’s cheating I agree and want something done about Cronus but let’s be real here, rules are only rules if they also get enforced… if you do t enforce them they are meaningless and not more than guidelines lol.
inputbased lobbies are by now a necessity to help this game get back up, most mnk players just quit. Mnk support needs to be enabled on consoles so consoleplayers have a way to get out of the Cronus madness.
this way you atleast protect all your mnk players on all platforms from Cronus, it’s not optimal but it’s a start.

@BallisticMVP Oh, so this would still put controller players at a disadvantage. I guess even for a plan like that to work, controller and MnK should have separate lobbies. I suppose it should be that way right now even since both complain the other has an advantage. Also, with the boxes being used now the scenario you mentioned earlier is possible with MnK playing in console lobbies, and until they develop software that can detect that it will be difficult to control. I just can't imagine how they are even having fun having extra aim assist along with aimbot, zero recoil, rapid fire, etc. You would think they would get bored of this after awhile, winning every game without trying. The fun is in competition.

@AymCTL It’s not an easy to deal with issue, you would have to motivate all console creators to forbid those devices, if just one does it for example Xbox, people will just move to ps etc.
On pc it even needs to be a software to stop it, and I assume eac will never figure that one out…
Sadly it’s so wide spread that there is also no real intention to solve the problem, there was a time where fortnight was able to detect it, and it didn’t even ban the users, it threw them off the game and told them to unplug it… that’s how bad it is that they don’t even wanna ban the people because it’s just to many.

Every shooter with controller aa is in the same boat and in a bad place… keep in mind pubg has literrly 3x the playerbase of apex on steam, that’s very telling, people just leave because they don’t wanna deal with this garbage

@BallisticMVP Yeah, I've been thinking about leaving this game too. I miss how it used to be and hope that someday they get it back to how it was before season 20.

I watched a YouTube video on the boxes and I know now the one shots I thought people were doing are actually the whole clip of the gun being emptied out during what would normally be one bullet using rapid fire and zero recoil. The movement if not from MnK is probably using the same rapid fire effect only mapping it to jumps. This is getting so bad that you have to shut the game off and come back later since you can't find a lobby without this.

For instance, tonight trios revival was completely unplayable since we were getting beamed from across the map, shot through walls, or people would jump on top of us from above and instantly down us with a "one shot." (Such as all 20 bullets from a flatline unloaded instantly)

I hope they get this out of the game soon and fix the problems.
