Crashing in Lobby

e7ee29a1b6ab8fdd​ Does this happen every time you load into the game, or only when Storm Point is the active map?

I'm asking about Storm Point as some users are still experiencing crashes when Storm Point is the active map:

• Apex crashes when Storm Point is selected | EA Forums
• game crashes when storm point is in rotation | EA Forums
• Storm Point does not like my AMD graphics card | EA Forums

it happens evrey time acutally i instaleed the game yestrday played 2 matches in storm point and storm point is the active map but i dont even have the time to change the map 

e7ee29a1b6ab8fdd​ If its happening regardless of the map, then you may need to repair the game's files, and if you are on PC:

• Repair the system files, (this is done by running "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and "SFC /Scannow" (without the quotes) in a Command Prompt window that was launched in admin mode)
• Update Windows and system drivers, (which you could also try an older graphics driver as there are issues with some of the latest drivers)
