Creator Challenges - Misleading Quest

Scanning and picking up the weapon from a care package does not progress your quest : )  You have to scan, and then OPEN the care package - whether you collect the weapon or not, it does not mat...

It dosnt seem to count if you scan a 2nd care package, on the way to the 1st, and then open the 1st cp either.
