Curious: are top 5 finishes something to look up to? And if so, what’s good?
I play ranked for like 90% of my matches, and although I wish my KD and wins were higher, I do get top 5 one out of five matches, is that good?

- @DaDeDimson In pubs it doesn't take much to get a top 5. Not sure about how ranked is right now as I haven't played.
- @hayhor Yeah I guess this question is geared more towards ranked since that’s what I play all the time.
- @DaDeDimson Top 5 doesn’t mean much if you don’t have kills since you’re just barely breaking even with the RP entry cost.
For me inn rank, as long as you gain positive RP I don’t mind the placement. In pubs, it’s either you win or you don’t. @DaDeDimsonIf it makes you feel better, I think a top 5 finish (in particular these days, after the ring changes) shows a better game sense of the ring, map, and positioning, and is frankly better than a 17th place with 8 team kills. But that could just be me.
Also, if you are new, the time survived gives more XP than anything else you're going to do unless you are a natural at getting kills, so if you are looking for legend tokens and apex packs faster to unlock things, longer survivals are the way to go.
- @DaDeDimson Ok I agree with cheese from a ranked perspective. All that really matters is not losing points.
