Created a ticket with the case and video attached -> solved without a fix + typical "we will take action if necessary but will not be able to let you know" text.

Meanwhile reached out to the pro team in question -> no response, just ghosting.

I guess that's Apex for now :D

Gosh, let me stop you right there. If you don't want to be disappointed in any way then here's what you want to hope for with this acquisition: Hope that the new owners are even cheaper than Andrew Wilson. Hope that they shutter even more studios, fire even more employees, and cancel even more projects. Hope that they consider very carefully whether or not it's in their own best interest to simply break up EA and sell off the carcass.

Quite sure they knew what they are buying and really for the gamers out there I hope this is not just Saudi money scheme again and there will be changes not only to turn this investment into profit but also to product good gaming experience.

Otherwise I would lmao if someone made this bet of investment thinking about Apex being the biggest cash cow there :D -> in that case someone will at best get fired :P
