Custom mouse acceleration in apex legends

Dear EA!

I want to use an external software for mouse acceleration. This tool is letting users modify the mouse output by calculating in not only the distance of the move, but the "speed of it" (which depends on the distance as well). With parameters I can personize this as I want. Overall we can say, if I move the mouse faster on the same distance IRL, it will move more the cursor or the crosshair in the game. If I move it slower, it is moving less.

Why it is playing fair: 

I've read the "Play by the rules in Apex Legends" article as well as the terms and conditions.

It is a program, like a mouse driver, like Logitech which driver able to use mouse accel, which is also possible in the game, and in windows. The difference is that can be personalized by variables. 

On the discord, where are the developers, players of this raw accel tool, everyone claims no one got banned. Neither on face it, valorant, battlefield and not on apex as well. Many competitive level player use it.

My question is that can I use this to configure my mouse acceleration while playing apex pubs and ranked and tournaments as well?
