Customer support rude and toxic

I’ve been trying to get my issue sorted for a month now this being the 7th or 8th time I’ve had to contact customer services and they have normally been pretty amazing in assisting but at the end of the day they can’t do much but this time I had to wait for an hour in line to have a live chat with a customer service person name was Oisin case number 57791076 quite rude and didn’t help at all my case is about being demoted from apex predator last season to bronze 4 from others using the glitch to save their points in turn saving mine I can’t help what others do as I solo queued majority of the time and I’m being punished for it and I asked him what else I can do or what information was needed to get them to look at my case and return my rewards and he ended the chat without any information or help given after an hour waiting to talk now I’m in a queue at place 37 this is an absolute joke
