Sorry, but after so many contacts it sounds like a decision has been reached, and not all appeals will be in your favour. You admit to using the exploit, so it sounds like whatever was done was enough to get your account flagged for that season.

Nevertheless, unprofessional responses from our support aren't appropriate and we will look into the case in question, thank you for flagging.
