I completely support you, but they will not implement leaver penalty in unranked. It was suggested so many times.

I think problem here is streamers/pro players, who don't take pubs seriously. And because of them Respawn will not add any punishment.
Yesterday i was on stream and one pro player/streamer was talking about it... he is annoyed that players come to his stream and are very toxic because he leaves game as soon he is down.
From one side i can understand him... but i also understand players who has much lower chance to win only because he can't wait 10 seconds to revive.
