DC PENALTY on ranked

Why do i get penalty on leave if my teamates disconnects cause of game error ? Shouldnt be safe to leave if the game isnt balanced for us? i made it to the end and i disconnected by mistake cause i forgot you get the penalty on ranked when i had res shield. i was alone and i had +150 points. i disconnect and i get -44 and time penalty. this should be reworked, you guys are too busy making skins? well we want quality gameplay, its a free game, we choose to buy skins, you guys do nothing to fix anything.
