Detected cheating while playing legit

I got detected cheating by fault. Since respawn punishes cheaters by letting them fight against other cheaters only, the game is basically unplayable for my right now. I literally only play against hackers and smurfs right now.

I was wondering how to appeal for this kind of punishment, because I can't believe that this is just because of bad matchmaking.

I think my K/DR is proof enough that I'm not cheating. Since Season 9 is quite new, the Hackers ans Smurfs had a heavy impact on my stats. If my K/DR of 0.5 isn't enough to proof that I'm not cheating, I don't know what is.

EDIT: My teammates also are bots. I don't mean bad players, I mean actual computer bots. I don't know if this helps in any form, i just thought I'd add this piece of information.

          My Ranked K/DR is actually 0.43

Any help to where to appeal for this is appreciated.  🙂
