Dev: Let reduce time to KILL , which means reduce time to DIE as well.

Not sure why Dev think they need to reduce time to KILL by reducing the shield, but means it's easier to DIE as well. Before I can slack on my "dance" during gun fight, now it's dooms if you're "laz...

@asukojoI welcome it. It means fights are less reliant on RNG, favoring whoever foubd the better shields, its also now reliant on your progress throughout the game. Also makes some weapons and playstyles like Snipers better and more threatening.

Also there is nothing unfair about it. You kill faster, you die faster. Its a fair trade.

Not really. It is better to just use automatic guns if the ttk is low. One clip and you can even miss. Otherwise you miss that one shot and you're dead...
For example in Titanfall 2 the ttk is absurdly low, and you would be a fool to use for example the Kraber expect if you are willing to put thousands of hours in the game.
