The support team ask players to post here to create bug reports for investigation and stay up to date on their progress. There have been a few reports already of players getting a different ranked badge from what they were supposed to so this is on our radar now and we're looking into it. Could you 'Subscribe' to this Bug Report thread for updates on that issue please (see spoiler tag for guidance on how to do that)?
On the Octane Loading screen, we can't assist with any account-based or missing content issues on AHQ. I'm sorry if you were asked to make a post here for help with that, you shouldn't have been. Please reopen your case with the support team so they can check that out for you and feel free to link my post if it's needed.

I grinded for hours to get to predator in ranked mode so i can have the badge for this upcoming season.
I log to see that i only have the bronze badge ☹️ I got the dive trail and charm.
