Did anyone else not get correct ranked badge? And missing octane loading screen

I am missing my octane loading screen. I paid for the battle pass in FULL and was only told to post in forums. I also got to diamond and got the dive trail but received the incorrect badge!!! Please ...

Hi @SkeetSheet26,

The support team ask players to post here to create bug reports for investigation and stay up to date on their progress. There have been a few reports already of players getting a different ranked badge from what they were supposed to so this is on our radar now and we're looking into it. Could you 'Subscribe' to this Bug Report thread for updates on that issue please (see spoiler tag for guidance on how to do that)?

On the Octane Loading screen, we can't assist with any account-based or missing content issues on AHQ. I'm sorry if you were asked to make a post here for help with that, you shouldn't have been. Please reopen your case with the support team so they can check that out for you and feel free to link my post if it's needed.

I've touched on this above. Can you review this and follow that bug report thread please? To better track this and keep the conversation on badges in one thread I'll close this discussion.
