You kidding me now, right? That's a rule??? Where can I find this rule? Wow!
During a collection event you collect the items to get the reward, once the collection event is over, you're technically not collecting these items to get the item highlighted in the collection event.
The heirloom isn't bound to the packs but the event itself, I think this has always been like this.
I've seen some users also make this mistake, thinking something might be a bit unclear somewhere.
I was just reading it on Mirage's Heirloom Collection Event that everything must be opened during the event.
I wish there'd be a warning prompt to bring notice to all players about this when you purchase all 24 or at least on screen the collection event page in-game. This is so unfair for those who don't know that such a rule exists and can't even find a page on EA that lists specifics for gamers on how these things, events, work. Especially for new gamers.
