Different question about the raptor claw heirloom

I was wondering, I saw a video where Birno showcased every recolor of the raptor claw but in some scenes she recorded, the inspect glow had different colors to the color their advertised (Like the phoenix's claw having the neon glow). How is this done? Is it just customizable in the heirloom menu https://mobdro.bio/ ?
