Disable Seer until you figure out what to do with him.

@WreckingVi The crazy thing is, there are people who are defending Respawn (again). These people are acting like Seer is totally balanced. Like there isn’t a game altering amount of visual clutter. It’s absolutely laughable how hard people will lean in to defend the devs lol.
