Is your account disabled, or did you get a ban on your account?

when I try to login in to apex its says disabled and after in the EA webpage its says ban and no reason has been displayed

I have contacted them. I am just waiting for the advisor to reach me, But thanks for your help

they emailed me that they had investigated the situation and they said I had violated but I didn't and without any proof they just banned me this is not fair
