disabling or removing "HD" texture altogether?

I understand that apex legends will always download HD textures on newly installed machines, however I'm wondering if there's a way to not have to download this "hd texture" for those playing on a lower end pc? If we have to download it though are there ways to disable it?

@NitefireOP there is tons of tutorial on youtube, just look it up "apex legends low end PC"

@bosourd just discovered that the "texture streaming budget" is the option that toggles HD textures. If you set to "no streaming budget," the textures will revert to the non-detailed type for lower end pcs. setting the texture streaming budget to 2gb and higher will toggle the HD textures.
