Dive trails needs to be permanent, please!

A bit late but even still learning about this is frustrating, If i work my * off to get somewhere, i deserve the right to show it off for the rest of time. Its obvious this is just so they can be lazy and cycle the trails in and out but even then thats literally *. If Season 4 and Season 10 have the same trails, who cares who has which? Theres a lot of people who state that climbing ranked is pointless now and what not, i still want to try climbing to masters so i can sit in the high skill pool but when i want to unwind and hang out in public lobbies, i should be able to show off that i got to that point, doesnt matter if its during the time im in masters or a year later. Getting to masters is hard, i shouldnt have to get into masters every god damn season just to show off that im in masters in a public lobby. I deserve the right to show that off if i fight for that chance hard enough.

Also to the people who turn off their trail, i just want to add a counter argument for the discussion. If im able to get into masters, i would love to have people dropping on me thinking that they'd be able to out play me, either they do and i fight someone who's better than me or they dont and i squashed a bug. But now i have to work 100x as hard to even get the right to do that simply because i didnt play the game in the first few seasons when this game was plagued with cheaters, good going devs.
