Do badges count in 3 strikes?

@shtupurgnamakitNo kill and damage badges aren't attainable through 3 strikes. It's much too easy to have higher kill and damage games.
Correction: 101010 premade badge was attainable last time so I'm not sure about the rest. I know 4k and 20 bomb were not.
- @hayhor I'm not sure either. Speaking of badges, I'm missing my 500 win arena badge for Wattson. Was that part of the progression missing over the last few weeks?
