Do we still get Apex Packs after level 500?

Returning player here, last time I played was June 2022 because I got busy and saw they increased the level cap to 2,000.

My question is, do we still get Apex Packs or not anymore? I kept searching for answers but none of them seem to answer straight to the point.

@pawtato_cat Yes you do continue to get apex packs, although it’s less frequent than before. There is a new total of packs you can get, which puts you past your free heirloom 500 mark.

@Wargasmatron How much you spend has no influence. I used to only buy items I wanted without buying packs. I spent a good amount of money. My first heirloom came within 50 packs of 500. I did get a 2 heirlooms within 100 packs tho.

Nooo I have exceeded 500 mark in season 23 already and still have 0 hailooms shards this use to be a this guess you need to buy them now
