Do you think the Devs of Apex are in touch with their player base ?

@johnmiceter They have dedicated resources to Apex. Apex just got its own design studio in the last few months. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit right before the design studio opened, so I imagine that's complicated the opening and slowed things down.

I would imagine we will start to see the benefit of the design studio in the future.

@DarthValtrex That would be nice. I hope their design studio didnt work on the last skins from the last event that just finished ? Because all they did is took old skins and just coloured them all red, really disappointing.

If you have connections to them, tell them to make new Finishing moves, new outfits at least 2 times a week. Cut back on gun skins and charms. And make the outfits really different.

And please add a Solo mode.

@DarthValtrex Are you referring to Vancouver studio for Apex? I haven't heard of any design studio, you meant like for skins etc right?

I would imagine we'll start to see the impact of that in the next months. The reason being, look at Horizon. When the Devs did the dev stream they stated she had been development for about a year. So I imagine somethings we'll see immediately and others will be long term.

@ILostT0Loba and what are your thoughts? For me Season 8 has been one of the best overall in a while. I can't pin exactly what it is, but my KD is up, I'm having more fun, I'm doing more damage andreally enjoying the game.

Are there audio issues still? Sure, but they are not nearly as bad as they used to be. Are there are issues? Sure, but again they are not nearly as bad as they used to be.

I think things will progressively get better and I think the Devs are definitely doing something right in Season 8. What are your thoughts?

Lobby server is very glitchy, takes 2-5 minutes to join. Stopped playing for like a week cuz of that. If your internet dies and you restart, good luck getting into that game.

Overall 6/10 so far. Can't wait for March 9. Let's see if things get better.

@ILostT0Loba What would your top 3 fixes be? That would bump Apex up to a 7 or 7.5?

@DarthValtrex 1. Infinite loading screen bug fix
2. Revamp of ranked tier demotion system. Preds/Master do not go below Plat, doesn't matter if they don't play for a year. Diamond don't go below Gold. Remove splits or split demotion, they are basically the same tho. #BronzeLivesMatter
3. Mastiff nerf maybe idk
