does anyone else completed challenges but didn’t get octane heirloom and packs?

I completed all of the system override event challenges but didn’t receive any rewards... is it just me?!! because I also didn’t get anything from winter express... I hate this.

    I'm not sure where people are getting the idea that heirlooms are rewarded from completing the events challenges.

    They're two isolated things.

Fine. The challenges don't give you the hierlooms/packs. You have to pay for those.

Phew. Now that I did that I can go back to posting stuff relative to me.

    You need to spend $168 to unlock the heirloom before the event is over.
