Does anyone understand how skill based match making works ?

Its still in pubs isnt it, or have they changed it?

Im trying to work out how the game always gives me team mates who barely know how to aim, or grab an armour, heal up, follow ping or anything.

DEAR APEX DEVELOPERS: "IM REALLY NOT THAT GOOD OK" so stop giving me teammates like this every single game. And every game im in games where the enemies that kill me have 20, 30, 40k kills and are total sweats.

The team mates I get should not even be in this lobby and be matched with easier players. I even tested this and made a new account and by the time I reached level 10, I was Vsing the same players I would on my normal account.

This game makes no sense and if they can't do sbmm properly, just remove it completely and just make it the first 60 players in queue start the game and doesnt matter how good or bad they are.

@MandatoryIDtag You forgot the people that have friends. The game says how dare you try to communicate and kill people that do not!

I agree.

My conclusion, when the priority is given to speed, then skills take a second, or third if not lower spot. Then it isn't Skill Based anymore, but SPEED Based Match Making.
Coincidentally both acronyms coincide, both are SBMM.

@hayhor Yeah im definitely not good either, ive been having so many bad games in row lately, yet the game keeps giving me these types of players I keep describing.

Surely there are other players playing that can get over 200 damage and at least 1 kill and I know there is because I keep fighting against them.

I think playing with these players make me play worse, because im trying to protect them and help them throughout the game and get distracted and do things I normally wouldn't do trying to protect them. If I dont protect them im still stuffed, as it will be 3v1 all coming for me.

Ive said it many many times, I just wish for a complete solo mode and wish the devs would give it another shot and take duos away.
