Does EA or Apex Devs care about harassment?
Every single day I encounter racist and homophonic slurs, at least 3-5 times per day. Does reporting do anything about this?

Reporting works and EA takes harassment very seriously.
If you turn on voice to text option it will record the voice as text and makes reporting voice harassment easier.
