Does EA or Apex Devs care about harassment?

Reporting works and EA takes harassment very seriously. 

If you turn on voice to text option it will record the voice as text and makes reporting voice harassment easier.

I am sorry you are going through this. I have been a victim of the most cruel and vile things on APEX. WHY? Because Respawn and EA have not caught up with the now industry-standard voice moderation tools. WHY I ASK? Because they don't seem to care about its community.

The in-game voice reporting in Apex feels completely useless because there is no audio capture attached to verify spoken abuse. Unless someone types a slur in text chat, reports rarely result in real action.

Telling players to "just mute chat" forces us to play at a competitive disadvantage while harassers face zero consequences. Mute buttons are a band-aid, not moderation. We need streamlined, in-game voice reporting tools and actual account-level bans to act as a real deterrent so people stop being so bold with their abuse. Let's see if they try to act a fool then!
