Yes, it's total damage delt.

Damage dealt calculations are not accurate in this game. I played a round where we played caustic style trapping and I landed only 1 shot for 12 damage and post game it said 7. Lol
Depending ok n what damage indicator you have on it may be showing you the total damage he has missing. That's probably why it showed 12 but end game said you had 7.
