Does Xbox have aim assist

I use controller for the Xbox and have been looking to see if Xbox have aim assist. I have  been looking for a while and couldn’t find it. Is it just built in or does Xbox have none. If it’s built in is their a way to disable it

    @0xznnControllers themselves have no aim assist. Games have those.

    To go to Apex Aim assist go to controller tab, go to the last item, then use the D-pad down to scroll to the last option which has been bugged out since new season update (it’s called Advanced Look Option). There you’ll see at the very bottom the aim assist box, uncheck that, now you’ll be playing without aim assist and your gameplay will drastically be impacted...

    @0xznnControllers themselves have no aim assist. Games have those.

    @Koochi-Q I've tried turning it off with mixed results. Apparently Bangs smoke impacts aim assist quite a bit and I frequently us thee Digi threat and smoke on enemies.

    @DarthValtrex The digi threat seems to affect aim assist the most. It is why you see people on console and controller complain about it. I personally felt the same but have gotten used to it.

    @hayhor Something seems off with it occasionally but I'm not so sure it's aim assist or what. But yeah most people pass on them..

    When I have shut off the aim assist it's fine especially when I snipe. It's useful in some situations because you don't have aim assist pulling you off the target towards a second or third enemy. But it leaves 0 margin for error I typically do really really well in 1 fight but everything else I really struggle in. Right now the game is not forgiving when you make mistakes, lots of spitfires in game and those guns are not very forgiving vs a 99 player who's missing half their magazine, kind of gives you second or third changes.

    @DarthValtrex I did so last week again and my jolly rogers it sucked... Why you ask? I forgot to take into account the repositioning of my sliders xD. So I overshot every shot and played it for only 2 games but 1 cost me a game... yet somehow I was still better than my 2 teammates who 2v1’d the last team while I was sneakily deakily focussing on the other 1/2... came up behind one and emptied out an R301 and hit 3 bullets LOLZ, second gun got him to health only, then a gibby came and him I downed but I had to skedaddle and went to my downed teammates, fought that guy but died... xD
