EA and Steam account mixup
Guys I need help.
My main ea account that I have about 4K hours on (on console) was connected to the wrong steam account for years at this point (making the swap to pc now). I connected it a long time ago and played on my brother’s computer once, but on a steam account I never used and that got hacked. Is there someone I can contact to rectify this or do I just bite the bullet and make a pc account. I really want to keep this account for all platforms because I’ve shelled out a lot of cash on this game as well. Any help is welcome.

I recommend trying to recover access to the hacked Steam account by contacting their support team directly.
Also, have you tried launching the game on PC using the EA app?
If you have access to the EA account, you can unlink Steam following this guide. However, as explained in the guide, it won't be possible to link a different Steam account.
If you have multiple EA accounts with games on them, you could try contacting our live support team to figure out the best way to consolidate your licenses and connections; it's not always easy or possible, though.
