EA Help Support has lead to multiple accounts being stolen.

There's a discord group of known cheaters in Apex Legends who've been spending the last 48 hours stealing accounts of well known players and rage hacking on them to get them banned.

They've shown and done it live with info like EA ID/In Game Username on a linked platform through the EA Support Help page. And even have figured out how to prompt the chat agent/bot to reply with inappropriate comments.

They've bragged about it and even shown how they do it - through opening tickets, and claiming they are "recovering" said account. It seems to be an issue with the chatbot and/or online case submission form authorizing wrong information, or prompting it to give them access to the account/make a new EA account with all progression and links (but saying the account was made in 2025).

Can you please look into this immediately? As more and more accounts are being targeted  -  since these people seem to have no life other than doing this to players in the community.

TheHackerInsider This sort of thing cannot be handled on the forums, so if you suspect, (or know of), players who are cheating, hacking, etc., you can report it to EA.

Since this is a Discord group, you should be able to report them to Discord as well.

As for "getting the chat agent/bot to reply with inappropriate comments", did you report that to EA yet?

As for hacking accounts by faking a recovery process, that requires them to provide proof of account ownership to a real EA Agent.

The best way to get EA's eyes on this, is to report it to them directly:

Between October 18 and October 20 2025 my EA account was hacked I contacted EA Support and they helped me recover it on October 20 The next day October 21 I discovered my Apex Legends account was permanently banned for violating the User Agreement During the same period the hacker also accessed my PUBG account and played several matches with 18 kills 2000 damage 6 wins in a row and a 6 KD stats I have never reached PUBG was not even installed on my PC at the time When I contacted PUBG Support they confirmed my account was hacked removed the ban and restored my lost items because the hacker had salvaged many of my weapon skins This clearly shows it was the same hacker across both games I have never cheated or used third party software It feels wrong to lose my Apex account for something that happened while it was out of my control I already appealed through EA Help but received only automated responses saying the action was correct I am asking EA and Respawn to please review my case again The timeline and evidence clearly show the ban was caused by the hacker not me .  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QawHl1H9NLQ go watch BirnoOCE youteube video
