EA help told me to post here

I was told I'm out of luck and EA help cannot make any in game changes with my close to 1,000 rp that's missing. Is anything being rewarded to people with proof that they received 50% rp this season on certain games? I've seen a few posts on the bugs forum but EA help said posting here and praying someone who can actually help sees it is my only hope.
