EA linking cooldown period

Hi basically I unlinked my original EA account linked to my steam to swap to another EA account however I didn't realize that the progress is stored inside the EA account so after swapping to the new EA account to link to steam I lost all progress in my apex legend. Upon trying to link back the original EA account that is an unlink period probation till 2026-07-03 is there anyway to remove the cooldown please help
