I need to refund my Apex coin
While purchasing 10,000 Apex Coins, an error occurred during the transaction. I tried again, but it turns out I was charged twice for the same item.
I already reached out regarding this issue as soon as the charge occurred on March 13th, but I have not received a response yet.
RockDokRock It doesn't hurt to ask for suggestions on what to do, which nado4u, you would need to wait for EA Support to get back to your case regarding the second charge.
While you wait for a response from EA Support, do not purchase anything with your Apex Coins as if/when it does get refunded, your Apex Coin balance could go into the negative.
An example of how your Apex Coin balance could go into the negative:
- You bought 100 Apex Coins
- You spent 80 Apex Coins
- You refunded 100 Apex Coins
- Your Apex Coin balance is now at -80 Apex Coins
