EA Play Discount not working on Apex Coins

Same. I'm trying to get the bloodhound skin but not paying until the discount shows back up.

Same for me I thought it was just me was about to contact EA but probably would get nowhere with them . Hopefully it's solved before the event is over .

What a bunch of *. I went to the PS store and the EA discount still applied to the Mad Maggie Starter pack. This is EAs attempts to get an extra 10% from their members who delayed purchasing coin sooner for the event.

I’m having the same issue.

I am still having the same issue. But since EA is telling us we need to contact Playstation I did just that. It went about as well as you would think they are going to report it to the people that need to know about it. She checked herself to see that the discounts were not applying and then made a report for somebody higher up than her.

I just want to say that it is rather dumb of EA to tell the customer that something like this is Sony's problem when quite literally it is EA's problem that they need to hash out with Sony. Someone from EA could probably connect to the very person they need to get to fix it and have it done within an hour. Yet here we are contacting PlayStation support and probably needing to wait days for it to work its way up the chain.

To be fair, there are a lot of low level employees in customer service and not all managers know who to turn to or care enough about their jobs to do it in a time efficient manner
