EA Play Discount not working on Apex Coins

I was heading over to buy Apex Coins for the anniversary event since I got paid, but my discount isn't being applied to the purchase despite having a live subscription to EA Play & PS Plus. I checked...

Great news! The issue has been resolved and the EA Play discount now works on Apex Coins on PlayStation store once again. The even has somewhere near a day left, so remember to buy the coins & cosmetics now if you had intended to!

@Road_Blokr I contacted EA about it yesterday, and they told me it was a playstation problem, and to contact playstation.

What a bunch of *. I went to the PS store and the EA discount still applied to the Mad Maggie Starter pack. This is EAs attempts to get an extra 10% from their members who delayed purchasing coin sooner for the event.

would not put it past EA.
