EA Seal my account by mistake
My account was blocked. Interestingly, I wasn't playing APEX at all during that time. I reported it to the customer service department on the same day. Do you know how they did it? The results came out in less than 24 hours. They were very convinced that I used the plug-in. Can you believe that they banned me from my account after playing Apex for half a month and less than 3 hours? ? ? ? ? ? ? You know what's the most interesting thing? I've been managing this account for a year, recharging a large sum of money, and it will be promoted in the summer of July. I just bought an heirloom. It didn't take long to play. I haven't played apex for half a month because of COVID-19. I just played for less than 3 hours. They banned my game account permanently. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I want to ask everyone.:Will you use your account with a lot of money to use the plug-in?Will you open the account that takes a lot of time to operate?I have a friend in America.He was banned on the same day as me.However, his account was unsealed,Mine doesn't.I want to ask!EA, are you engaging in racial discrimination? ?Just because I am from China, should my account be judged as using plug-in?Just because my friend is in America.He didn't use the plug-in?Aren't you engaging in racial discrimination?I am very angry.I am very, very, very angry!!!!!!!Why should I be treated unfairly?Just because I am a China player! ! - Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
