my accout is active ban after the steal but when i got it back and change to my another email ea support can say only nothing we can do about that and make new accout to play with friend ☠️
bv246 According to the screenshots, (which I did remove as it contained personal information), the Advisor didn't ask to verify the account via a code, as it was stated that you didn't have access to your account's email address, (which they instead had asked for the date of birth that's registered to the EA Account).
If a bad actor was the one who had requested the email change, you should of had gotten an email informing you of the change to your EA Account.
Furthermore, I recommend setting up 2FA on your EA Account, so even if the email address gets changed, the bad actor won't be able to easily log into the account due to the 2FA.
I did get the email at that time but I admit that I didn't read the email much then. When I got the accout back it was not long after but the problem is after 1 day I got the same thing and I didn't set the protection as you said and after 2 years I got my account back but it was active ban.
