EA SUPPORT HELP PLS
I was on hold for an hour with EA today and finally got through and apparently couldn't hear me at all so they hung up on me. I called a mate to make sure my microphone was working and it worked perf...
If the account information page requires you to enter a security code this probably means it's being sent. But it may not actually arrive at your uni address.
Are you trying this on campus? Open internet on campus is likely to firewall emails/data from outside of campus, or not coming from a whitelisted source such as college faculty.

Oke, I know this is dumb question and all but I gotta ask, you did check spam/junk folders right?
I assuming you did, is it possible to set up a redirection on the uni address to redirect everything to your personal address? Could give that a whirl.

Don't think so, i'd be having to call from abroad, besides, contact information is going to vary by country.
