EA support
I was gonna log into my EA account after a while and paly some Apex Legends, when I tried logging in it did not work, I checked my email and to my suprise it was hacked 10 days ago with the hackers email right infront of me, So I rushed to support and asked for help, my main email was deleted/changed due to hacking attempts by microsoft which is policy and cannot be refunded or retrieved.
So they had to verify me with questions, we all know what happens next
I got asked alot of questions and i answered all of them, including all purchase receipts and pictures of them, card number, date of birth, all used billing addresses, Steam URL, country, phone number, previous EA subscriptions and receipts, even my IP address used to play my games on, I also included the hackers mail for them to see that I have proof of the recieved hacking mail. With all that information they still could not prove me as the owner of the account. I have now sent a GDPR account data request to the EA privacy portal and they should answer that within 30 days.
I have proven everything to support but still the russian hacker has my account. Lovely
